In 2020, I proposed integrating interactivity and CGI into our technical learning content at ASTM. Approved for a $50,000 budget, I formed a small pilot team to establish a scalable workflow within six months.

Hiring two contractors and leveraging our in-house talent, we created hundreds of CGI assets, ten interactive technical models, and social media videos. Transparent communication through a shared production outline documented our successes and challenges.

The pilot proved successful, showcasing our ability to produce technical learning faster and more cost-effectively than traditional methods. This success led to the establishment of a dedicated animation and CGI team at ASTM.
