2019-PresentAs the Digital Content Lead at ASTM International, I played a pivotal role in reshaping our communication strategy. Prior to 2019, reliance on traditional methods was the norm. Leveraging my commercial and creative media experience, I introduced a fresh approach by infusing social media language and conventions into our content.
My initiatives successfully broke from convention, incorporating pop sensibility, humor, and diverse representation to engage a new generation of clients and committee members. From large-budget commercial productions to quirky stock-footage-based campaigns, my contributions consistently outperformed average content posts on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
This success prompted increased investment in social media, leading to the hiring of a dedicated social media manager to strengthen our collaborative efforts.
